About Free Parking

All PARK Macon-Bibb on-street meters are free on Sundays. In the PARK Macon-Bibb garage at 440 Mulberry Street In addition, parking is free on these holidays (unless otherwise announced):  New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

In addition, there are currently several streets downtown that do not require payment such as Cherry Street Plaza and Plum Street. However, always reference the signage as many still have 2 hour time limits which are consistently enforced.
